The Trodat Group is the world leader in self-inking stamps. Austrian in origin, yet global in nature, it encompasses more than 30 international subsidiaries that collectively have more than 1,000 employees worldwide.
The Group has been expanding for decades, becoming the world’s market leader in self-inking stamps with a 2012 turnover of €145.7 million.
With Trotec’s laser technology, Trodat has been able to dominate the areas of engraving, marking and cutting offering every stamp service possible. This laser technology is also computer-controlled enabling the production of stamp products that consistently make clean and beautiful impressions.
The online shop allows both private and business customers to customise and purchase the perfect stamp from the comfort of their home or office. Their online service also allows their products to be accessed from anywhere in the world – currently they deliver to over 150 countries globally with over 98% in export share.
With a forward-looking corporate strategy, Trodat aims to secure the company’s market-leader position and maintain a steady growth. Hence, the Trodat Group consists of three complementary entities that work together to form a efficient whole. These entities are Trodat self-inking stamps; Xpress Marking, is an exclusive distributor of Trodat products; and Trotec, the laser engraving equipment behind Trodat products.
Trodat’s product range includes a complete range of stamps: professional for office use, Printy for home use as well as rubber stamp-making equipment and consumables.
TÜV, the independent, internationally recognized test body, has certified Trodat in accordance with ‘EN ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems‘ since 1995 and ISO 14001-certified since 2008.
